AIRO—from the Greek word meaning “to lift up and elevate”—is more than a camp. It's a transformative experience that shapes athletes into the leaders their teams and communities need.

To lift up and elevate the most influential athlete on each team for the cause of Christ.
Our Story
AIRO Athlete started over a decade ago as Airo QB Camp, partnering with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Our founders desired to gather a select group of the most influential athletes on their individual teams for a weekend of elite on-field instruction, biblical training, and one-of-a-kind experiences.
What began with local high school quarterbacks in the Birmingham, Alabama area has grown into a nationwide program that now includes elite highly-ranked players throughout the United States, college athletes, and NFL players.
We believe the most influential athlete on a team—the one teammates look to in critical moments—has the power to shape team culture and inspire excellence. These athletes don't just need physical training. They need to develop the character, wisdom, and faith that will make them complete leaders on and off the field.
The Three Pillars
Our weekend camps dedicate equal time to each pillar, developing the complete athlete-leader.
Elite On-Field Instruction
Our coaching staff includes former professional players, college coaches, and position specialists who have worked with athletes at every level. Training sessions focus on the technical, tactical, and mental aspects that separate good athletes from great leaders.
